 How does the online consultation work?
You simply complete a short, secure online form for the treatment you require.
Our pharmacist will review your answers within 1-2 working days. If approved, your
medication is dispensed and delivered discreetly to your address.
If we need more information, we will contact you directly. 
Who reviews my consultation?
All consultations are reviewed exclusively by our GPhC-registered independent prescribing pharmacists.

No automated approvals; every decision is made by a qualified clinician. 
 Is my information safe?
Yes. All your information is encrypted and stored securely in line with UK GDPR and
pharmacy confidentiality standards. Your data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
How quickly will I receive my medication?
Once your consultation is approved, orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, depending on the treatment. Most patients receive their medication within 1–3 working days after approval.
What treatments do you offer?
We offer a carefully selected range of private online treatments including:

• Weight loss treatments (Mounjaro, Wegovy, Orlistat)
• Acne treatments
• Erectile dysfunction treatment
• Hair loss treatment
• Skin & dermatology treatments (as listed on our website)

We only offer treatments that can be safely delivered through an online pharmacy model.
Do I need to speak to a GP?
No GP appointment is needed. Our prescribing pharmacists are able to assess your consultation and prescribe if clinically appropriate.

If we feel your condition needs GP or specialist input, we will let you know.
How do you package my medication?
All orders arrive in plain, discreet packaging with no external pharmacy branding.
Inside, you will find your medication and clear instructions for use.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number so that you can follow your delivery in real time.
 Can I collect my order in person?
No. PharmUnity is an online-only pharmacy. All orders are delivered directly to your home for safety and convenience.
What if my order hasn’t arrived? 
If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at PharmUnity@Outlook.com or contact us on our contact numbers. We will check your tracking status and assist you immediately.
Are the medications genuine?
Yes, every medicine is sourced from UK-approved wholesalers and dispensed from our GPhC-registered pharmacy premises. 
What if the treatment is not suitable for me?
If our pharmacist decides the treatment is not clinically appropriate, you will be informed and no prescription will be issued. We may suggest alternative options if relevant.
How do I contact you?
You can contact our pharmacy team via the Contact Us page on the website or by emai or by telephone. We aim to reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).
Are your pharmacists qualified prescribers?
Yes. All prescribing decisions are made by GPhC-registered independent prescribing
pharmacists, trained to diagnose, prescribe, and advise remotely.
 Is online prescribing safe?
Yes. We follow strict clinical protocols aligned with UK pharmacy and prescribing
regulations. Every consultation is assessed individually to ensure treatment is safe and suitable.
